(2) Explain the direction of the design.
(3) Style (Related reference pictures can be provided).
And it has been explained in person or by email or phone.
When time permits, face-to-face explanations are the best way to communicate.
2. Please provide the material and color, mainly provided by scanned image files or building materials photos.
