Design consultation (business introduction, design service and demand discussion) 4. Design contract 　5. Measure/3d perspective drawing briefing 　6. Design discussion and adjustment 　7. Design confirmation/project evaluation 8. Engineering contract 　9. Construction drawing preparation 　10. Start of construction/return on construction progress 　11. Detailed clearance and acceptance 12. Case closed
